Congratulations to all of the students who performed at our concert yesterday. All of you performed excellently. It is always an honor to work with such wonderful students and to make such great music!

SSMA Meeting Tuesday, 11/6 at 7:00pm
This month's SSMA meeting will be this Tuesday at 7:00pm. We have many items to discuss regarding all of the upcoming fundraisers, the Washington DC trip and much more! Please attend if you are able.
Craft show is this weekend Friday 11/9 to Sunday 11/11.
Craft show sign ups will begin this week with our tiered signup. The first day of sign-ups you are allowed 1 shift, the next day you may signup for a 2nd and the 3rd is open to anyone to fill spots. This insures all students have a fair chance at working a shift and we can spread the hours (and money) evenly.
Craft show sign-up and job descriptions are available on the bulletin boards in the SMS and SHS band rooms.
Fays BBQ 11/15
Tickets are currently being sold by high school and middle school music students for our annual Fays BBQ event. We have decided to push up the date this year in order to prepare for DC in January. Students will receive $1 per ticket sold as well as money if they work a shift during the actual event. Signups for the shifts will be available beginning next week.
Silent Auction 11/16
We are working hard on putting together the final touches on our Silent Auction. This event will be taking place the evening of 11/16 in the small cafeteria (new cafeteria) at Sandwich High School.
Washington DC
Please make sure you complete the online registration required by WorldStrides for our Washington DC trip. Instructions will be posted on the site shortly. We will begin work on our musical selections for the DC performance tomorrow! Reminder: the next DC payment is Due Nov. 16.
