Garage Sale at SHS

The Sandwich Schools Music Association will be having an indoor Garage Sale at the Sandwich High School on Saturday, March 22nd. Sandwich High School is located at 515 Lyons Road. The sale will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria, and will be donation only.

Those who wish to donate items for the sale may drop them off at the back of the high school on Thursday, March 20th, or Friday, March 21st, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Signs will be posted outside to let people know where to park, and where to drop off their donation. Items that will not be accepted would be mattresses, exercise equipment, large appliances, large furniture, or electronics. Receipts will be available to those who donate items.

We can still use some parent and student help for the event. Students can earn service hours for their various groups (National Honor Society, as an example). If you would be interested in helping set up on Friday evening from 4:00 until 7:00, or Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. please contact Teresa Rebhorn. Her phone number is (815) 786-9320.

Proceeds from the Garage Sale will go to the Sandwich Schools Music Association, to help with the upcoming Summer’s Marching Band and Color Guard programs.
