- Wed: Men’s Choir 3–3:50pm, SMS Jazz Band 3–4, Jazz Lab 3:30–4:30, Chamber Singers 4–5:30, Indoor Percussion 6-9pm
- Thurs: Jazz Ensemble 3:15–5, Musical Rehearsal 6-9pm, 7th/8th Band and Choir Concert 7pm
- Fri: Winterguard Sectional, SMS Honors Chorale 3-4, Jazz Ensemble 3:10-4:15, Pep Band Senior Night 6pm Call
- Sat: Jazz In the Meadows Jazz Festival (itinerary below)
- Sun: Winterguard 12-5pm
Solo and Ensemble Wrap-Up
Congratulations to all who participated in Solo and Ensemble this year! We had many fantastic ratings and we believe that all of the students who participated got great comments and feedback. The experience of preparing a piece takes hard work and dedication which will translate to your ensembles and other classes. Looking forward to seeing what you all do next year!
Calendar Calendar Calendar
The second half of the year really ramps up with events. This week we have our 5-8 band and choir concerts (listed above) and we have many more events coming up. Between Indoor Percussion, Winterguard, Fundraisers, The Musical and more the music department will be busy!

Chaperones/Drivers
We are looking for chaperones for our Indoor Percussion trips. We will be using our trailer for these events to transport all of our percussion equipment as well so we are looking for a volunteer who has a vehicle with a hitch. Please contact me if you are willing to drive or have a vehicle we could use. The dates are as follows:
March 14 – Romeoville, IL- March 15 – Cavaliers Green Thunder Show (combined with Winterguard)
- March 21 – Minooka HS (Combined with Winterguard)
- March 29 – NEXUS Indoor, Providence Catholic HS
