Musical Tech Week Volunteers Needed!
Hello Parents!
Tech week for the musical begins Monday April 4th!
Per Directors’ requests we are planning to feed the cast and crew all 6 nights. Per the letter you received the beginning of January, in order for your child to receive an offset for the Washington DC trip participation in Tech week meals is a must. We are fortunate that we will have 2 full meals donated by local businesses! There is a possibility of two more donations that haven’t been finalized yet.
There are food donation requests listed under Tech Week Meals each night. Monday night is the largest list as we are asking for all non-perishable goods for the week to be brought in that night. A separate email will go out asking for volunteers to work 2 hour shifts to serve meals and clean up.
