- Thank you to Bonnie Talty for making phone calls to volunteers for Musicfest
- Thank you to Teresa Rebhorn for getting sponsors for Musicfest. A $100 donation came in at the last minute from State Farm.
- Thank you to Kenn and Donna Hintzsche for pulling the trailer this fall
- Sign up for Madrigal Dinner (Kitchen help/Ticket takers)
- Sign up for Secret Santa Sale
- Sign up for Bake Sale at Festival of Trees. Need baked goods donated
- Check with Bonnie what slots need filled for Craft Show
Old Business:
- Vote to purchase 75(?) Terror patches @ $2.50 each (2×2 size)
- We have about 120 Musicfest programs left. Do parents want one?
- Michele or Nicole-Update on how we did at Terror
New Business:
- Discuss the possibility of purchasing a 100 cup coffee urn. Costs $110-120
- Discuss if everyone is in favor of baked goods at the Holiday concert again this year
