• Thank you to everyone who worked and baked for Musicfest, as well as helping with Terror
• Thank you to Cristina for making phone calls for Musicfrest volunteers
• Thank you to Denise Thomas for altering the dresses and tuxes
• Sign ups for Madrigal dinners, Secret Santa sale and Bake sale at F.O.T.
• Discuss the purchase of 23 additional Terror shirts

Old Business:

• Ashley from Creative Designs is here to discuss the window decal fundraiser

New Business:

• 2016 Terror in the Timber dates are set for Fri. Oct, 21 & Sat. Oct,22
• Does anyone have room to store some cases of water for the winter
• Check with Kenn for help with Madrigal dinners
• Ask if we all are in favor of baked goods at Holiday concert on Sunday, Dec 13th
