Terror In The Timber Workers And Performers
Commitment-It is important that you understand your commitment to this event. Once you have committed to the event you CANNOT back out. You are essential to the success of this event. Any conflicts or absences MUST me communicated to one of the parent below ASAP!
Rules And Expectations-Sannauk Forest Preserve WILL BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION WE FIND IT IN OR BETTER. Be respectful of the park, trees, shelters, etc…There is a ZERO tolerance rule for anyone who does not follow the above and you will be reported and removed from the premises. Please remember you are representing Sandwich High School and the music program.

- Friday-October 23rd 4:00-11:00 SHOW TIME
- Saturday-October 24th 4-11:00 ENCORE SHOW
- Sunday-October 25th 10:00-1:00 Clean Up MANDATORY
Parents-We need your help in the woods on performance nights, as well as setting up the trail on Friday October 23rd during the day. We also need help providing dinners and snacks for the performers on Friday and Saturday. Please contact one of the parents below if you can help in any way. WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!
Hours For Event-
- Friday 6:00-10:00
- Saturday 5:30-10:00
- Call Time is 4:00 Friday and Saturday
Meals and snacks will be provided by SSMA parents at no cost to you.
Items Needed-Extension Cords, Lanterns, Generators, Spider Webs, Candles, Flashlights, Props, and Decorations, anything to enhance our trail (some of our props are getting very old). Any items expected to be returned must be clearly marked with your name.
ALL ACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN COSTUME!!!
