Hello Band and Music Parents,
As many of you know Terror in the Timber is upon us! The students are doing a great job getting to rehearsal, arranging for props and costumes, and getting the word out about our event! There are still a few loose ends that we need additional assistance from parents to wrap up. We need more parent help on Friday for set up. There will be parents at the woods from 11AM on and we could use a few more bodies to help get items set up on the trail. Dress Rehearsal is Thursday from 5:00 – 8:00pm. If you are planning on volunteering during Terror please come to the rehearsal if possible. The areas that we still need parents to man are: ParkingTicket takers

Sunday clean up crew Dinner will be provided to the kids both Friday and Saturday night. The kids are to be there by 4:00 each night.
Friday night we will have chili, soup, and hot dogs.
Saturday night we will have mostacolli and an alfredo dish and sandwiches.
If interested in providing any of the above or baked goods or a cooler of lemonade please contact us by Thursday night. We could still use a few more milk jugs and votive candles! If anyone has any halloween props or costumes that they are no longer using or want we gladly take donations 🙂 Thank you,
