The Week Ahead
No Regiment Recap this week as this was the first weekend we didn’t have a competition. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend off and had a fantastic Homecoming!

Tuesday 10/8 – Regiment Rehearsal with the Jr. Regiment as special guests!
Wednesday 10/9 – Men’s Choir Rehearsal, Nashville Informational Meeting 6pm
Thursday 10/10 – Oswego Panther Marching Band Review Performance
Friday 10/11 – Early dismissal – Regiment Rehearsal TBA

Sunday 10/13 – Marengo Settler’s Days Parade and Field Competition

Today is the first informational meeting regarding our annual Terror in the Timber haunted trail. All must attend if they are interested in participating!
Tuesday we are extremely excited to try something new this year with the Jr. Regiment. We are bringing the Jr. Regiment over to the high school during the Renegade Regiment rehearsal to do a brief combined rehearsal and performance. We will combine to do some sectionals, fundamentals and even play together. Then we will end with the Regiment performing their show for the Jr. Regiment. We hope everyone finds this educational and fun!
Wednesday is the Nashville Informational Meeting at 6pm. This is for the Renegade Regiment Nashville Trip. There will be a representative from our tour company to answer all questions and take us through the itinerary. Please attend if possible! We would love to have as many students go as possible!
Thursday the Regiment will be performing at the Panther Marching Band Review in Oswego. This is a non-competitive exhibition performance that is really fun for the kids as they get to see other bands perform from the main stands. We are scheduled to perform at 6:13pm. The full itinerary to follow soon!
Saturday we have ILMEA Auditions. These are auditions for students who signed up and have prepared an IMEA piece. A full list of students performing and times can be found on our IMEA page.
Finally on Sunday is a Regiment Performance at the Marengo Settler’s Days Parade and Field competition. This is our second to last performance before Musicfest! Look for the itinerary soon!
